Challenge
With a sales area that occupies 6800m2 and a motto of “one-stop shopping”, the French store stands out for its product selection and comfortable environment. However, it is located on Chinggis Avenue, a challenging location for consumers in Ulaanbaatar due to traffic congestion and traffic problems. Since target consumers tend to visit the store once and return, the challenge was to serve each target consumer once.
Solution
We announced the BLACK SALE program in a month, in which we sold all our products at “0% MARGE” or factory prices and created a video to introduce this super discount to customers. From the characters included in the video to each design, we aimed to deliver the campaign to the target group.
Result
The target of 308,000 people was reached, and the store's sales revenue increased 3 times more than the client's expectations, so we were able to start a long-term partnership with the client.
